Guests simply enter the booth and start the system rolling. That’s all there is to it - just follow the simple clear audio voice and on screen instructions and have fun.

No need for operators pointing cameras in guests faces. Guests feel at ease and just take their photos and/or record their own videos discreetly and as funny as they like.

No excuses for your guests to shy away from the camera, and they can visit the EasyBooth system as many times as they like during the hire period.

If Wi-Fi is available at your event EasyBooth will allow the direct uploading and sharing of photos and videos to either Social Media Networking Sites, Emailed or Messaged to Smart Phones directly from EasyBooth.  We bring our own dedicated mobile Wi-Fi connection just incase not available at your venue and we just need a decent mobile signal.  If the SMS text messaging service is unavailable simply send via email to view photos.

After your event we will produce a single .zip file with all of which has been recorded along with a password protected Online Gallery of all the photos and videos.  Details passed onto your guests during your event so they can download and share them even further if they wish absolutely free.

If an internet signal is not available at your event then personal Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest accounts etc cannot be accessed and shared as passwords are required.  Emails and SMS messages will be sent immediately on return to base as these will be queued as passwords are not required.


Why does EasyBooth cost  less than other systems!

Other companies first have to buy their booth, printer and configured software which can sometimes cost them thousands of pounds.  EasyBooth is all developed and configured in house by our own team and we therefore have no need to recoup any initial outlay costs and are able to pass this saving directly onto you.  Also, our systems have moved on from the old tradition of printing and everything is now directly available for online sharing and to mobile phones.  Everything also goes online in a private password protected photo and video gallery on our own website for you and your guests to share even further as they wish.  That simple.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How do I book EasyBooth?

The first step is to just give us a call to check that we are available.  Booking a system for your event requires a non-refundable retainer of £49 which secures your date.  The remaining balance needs be paid 14 days prior to the date of your event. We will contact you nearer the time.


How long is the hire period?

Normally three hours, and from our experience starting around 7:00 p.m. to 7:30p.m. works well for most occasions and events and your guests just visit the EasyBooth system as many times as they want - No limit.  Other times can be arranged, so please ask at time of enquiring for the EasyBooth system.


How long does EasyBooth take to set up?

Setting up takes us between 45 and 60 minutes depending on access.  Collapsing down and removal takes us no longer than 45 minutes.


Who runs the system and looks after our guests?

We do.  We arrive approximately 1 hour before and set up the booth and stay with it throughout the hire period, ensuring that all your guests have the best possible time.


How far do you travel?

We are based in Derby and provide the EasyBooth service to a 12 miles radius - any further and we unfortunately have to charge a small fee to cover the time and travel costs, so please ask at time of enquiring for the EasyBooth system.


What happens if something goes wrong?

Our systems are serviced, tested and used regularly.  In the unlikely and unfortunate event something does go wrong beyond our control, our liability would be limited to providing a full 100% refund of any monies paid for the EasyBooth booking.


Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance and all our electrical equipment is fully PAT tested.


How long do the online web galleries stay online?

All online web galleries will be available online for at least 12 months after your event. Your online web gallery will be available the following day for you and your guests to view, download and also post further onto social media networking sites.  Remember you can also download all in a .zipped file copies of all the photos taken and all videos recorded the following day after your event.
